What does Keep It Moving taste like?
Keep It Moving has a neutral taste and texture, making it easy to stir into foods and drinks your little one already enjoys.
It is made from 100% chicory root inulin and contains no added flavours, colours, sweeteners or fillers.
Will my child notice it?
Keep It Moving was made for little ones who notice everything.
It has a neutral taste, neutral texture and no added colour, so it can be stirred into familiar foods and drinks without changing the flavour in an obvious way.
Every child is different, but many families use it in yoghurt, smoothies, porridge, milk, water, soft foods or everyday meals.
How do I use it?
Start small with the smallest recommended serve and build gradually.
Simply stir the suggested serve into foods or drinks your child already enjoys, once daily.

Why should I start small?
Keep It Moving contains chicory root inulin, a prebiotic fibre that is fermented by beneficial gut bacteria.
As your child’s gut adjusts to increased fibre, some children may notice a little extra gas or changes in bowel motions. Starting small and building gradually is the gentlest way to begin.
What if my little one gets gas at first?
A little extra gas can be a normal part of introducing prebiotic fibre.
If your child seems extra gassy or uncomfortable, you can pause for a day, then begin again with a smaller amount and build up more slowly.
If discomfort continues, symptoms persist, or you have any concerns, please seek advice from a healthcare professional.
Is Keep It Moving a medicine?
No. Keep It Moving is a food-based prebiotic fibre, not a medicine.
It is intended to support fibre intake, digestive comfort and regularity as part of a balanced diet. It is not designed to diagnose, treat or manage constipation, digestive concerns or any medical condition.
What age is Keep It Moving suitable for?
