Returns & Refunds

At Bellies & Bums Co, we want you to feel confident in every order.

Because Keep It Moving is a sealed food product, we’re unable to accept returns for any opened items, or for products where the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@belliesandbumsco.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the item received
  • a brief description of the issue

We may offer, at our discretion:

  • a replacement product
  • store credit
  • a refund to your original payment method

Refunds approved by Bellies & Bums Co will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction.

Change of mind

Due to the nature of sealed food goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind once your order has been shipped.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a replacement or refund for products that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.
