That’s why we created our 30-Day Family Promise.

If Keep It Moving isn’t the right fit for your family, we’ll refund the cost of your first pouch purchased directly from Bellies & Bums Co.

No guilt. No awkward conversations. No pressure to keep using something that isn’t working for your family.

We simply ask that you give it a genuine try over the first 30 days and let us know if it hasn’t been the support you hoped for.

At Bellies & Bums Co., we believe families deserve the confidence to try simple support options, knowing we’ll look after you if it isn’t the right fit.

Because sometimes little bellies need a bit of extra help.

And sometimes parents do too.

A note about expectations

Keep It Moving is a simple prebiotic fibre, not a medicine or a quick fix.

Some families use it as an easy way to support fibre intake, especially during busy seasons, repeat-food phases, or when fibre-rich foods are harder to fit in.

To give Keep It Moving the best chance to fit comfortably into your routine, we recommend starting with the smallest suggested serving for your child’s age and building up gradually according to tolerance, once daily.

This gives little bellies time to adjust and helps you find the amount that works best for your family.

Results can vary from child to child, and it may take time to find the amount and routine that works best for your family.

For the purpose of our Family Promise, “not the right fit” might mean:

✓ Your child won’t accept it

✓ It doesn’t work easily with your family’s routine

✓ You don’t feel confident continuing with it after giving it a genuine try

A few small details

Our 30-Day Family Promise applies to:

✓ The first pouch of Keep It Moving purchased directly from Bellies & Bums Co.

✓ Requests made within 30 days of receiving your order

✓ One refund per household

If you purchase a bundle, the 30-Day Family Promise applies to the value of one pouch only. For example, if you purchase a 2-pack or 3-pack and decide Keep It Moving isn’t the right fit for your family, we’ll refund the value of one pouch from your order.

The 30-Day Family Promise applies only to purchases made directly through the Bellies & Bums Co. website. Purchases made through Amazon or other third-party platforms are managed through that platform’s own returns and refund process.

If you’d like to request a refund, simply send us an email at team@belliesandbumsco.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

This Promise is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
